THE PLATFORM

Built around how ad ops really works

From the first upload to the final report, every number is calculated the same way on every page.

One view of every partner

Budget, revenue, media cost, commission and profit for buyers and sellers, with pacing, impressions and CTR alongside.

Uploads that check themselves

Sheets match products by exact name, dates are read in the right format, and out-of-flight rows are stopped before saving.

Finalize, lock, roll back

Close each month per product. Final numbers lock, and any change goes through a rollback request.

Reports, ready to send

Partner and commission PDFs built from finalized products only, in three clean themes.

Alerts that matter

Missing budgets and overspend are flagged automatically — the bell only counts what's new.

A full audit trail

Every upload, product change, partner edit and user update — who did it, and when.

SMART UPLOADS

Mistakes stop at the door

Every sheet is checked before a single row is saved. If anything doesn't line up, nothing is saved and you see exactly why.

  • Products matched by exact name — no guessing
  • Day-first and month-first dates detected per file
  • Rows outside a product's flight dates are blocked
  • A clear summary of matched products and metrics

FAQ

Questions, answered

Who can sign in?

Everyone with an iMediaPulse account — AdOps, Admin, Finance, Sales, Buyers, Sellers and Analytics. After signing in, each person is taken straight to their own panel.

Which platforms are supported?

Xandr, SpringServe, Quantcast, Adform, ADW, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Yelp, Bing, Vendasta, Podcast, OTT / Locality, Header Bidding and third-party data sheets.

What happens if an upload has a mistake?

Nothing is saved. You see which product names didn't match, which dates couldn't be read, or which rows fall outside a product's flight dates — fix the sheet and upload again.

Can finalized numbers change?

Once a month is finalized for a product, its numbers are locked. Any change goes through a rollback request, and every action is recorded in the activity log.

Who can download reports?

Partner and commission PDFs are available once the products in them are finalized, so every report reflects closed, final numbers.
